Allergies

After extensive research into the matter and collection of rather a lot of data, I have come to a conclusion. 

I am allergic to EXERCISE!!!

The BFF says it's just hay fever.
The Physio says that a runny nose is no excuse.
Dad says he is not at all surprised because he is allergic to exercise too! 
I have been vindicated.
